While salvation is secure by grace, ongoing sin (“missing the mark,” including everyday attitudes and choices) can disrupt our sense of closeness with God by creating a barrier in intimacy and peace. The good news is that confession and repentance are gifts: they restore day-to-day fellowship, bring freedom, and are met with joy in heaven rather than shame.

We are all citizens of Heaven and if you looked at our passport, our home nation wouldn't be Britain it would be Heaven. We are made in God's image and that because God is part of the Trinity - our DNA is designed for connection - and that is why we long for belonging.
